Returns & Refunds
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the goods as soon as possible. If you believe there is any quality issue, please:
• Contact our ZSM after-sales team within 2 calendar days of delivery; and
• Provide supporting evidence (photo and/or video documentation).
We will review your claim carefully and respond with the next steps.
Important Notes
We only accept returns and refunds for verified quality issues. In general, we are unable to accept returns or refunds in the following situations:
• Non-quality related issues (such as personal preference, wrong size ordered by the buyer, etc.);
• Customized or special-order products made according to your specifications;
• Requests submitted after the 2-day inspection window.
Resolution Process
For verified quality defects, ZSM After-Sales will arrange one of the following solutions:
a) Replacement of the item with the same or a similar product; or
b) Reshipment of corrected merchandise at no additional product cost; or
c) If you do not accept the above solutions and a refund is agreed, you may return the product to us within 2 days after confirmation.

Once we receive and confirm the returned goods:
• We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours; and
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 7–15 days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider).
Shipping Costs for Returns
For verified quality issues, ZSM will bear the reasonable cost of return shipping and any necessary reshipment or replacement. We are committed to working with you in good faith to resolve any quality problems fairly and transparently.
